My culinary journey began at the London Vegan Chef School, where I honed my skills in transforming healthy ingredients into mouthwatering dishes that delight the senses and nourish the body.

My passion for wholesome, plant-based cuisine is deeply intertwined with my love for endurance sports and yoga. As an athlete, I understand the importance of fuelling the body with nutritious, energising foods. My background in nutrition allows me to craft meals that not only taste incredible but also support happiness, health, and performance.

Traveling through India for my yoga teacher training was a transformative experience that sparked my deep appreciation for Indian spices and flavours. The rich, aromatic spices of Indian cuisine have a special place in my heart, and I love incorporating them into my dishes to create meals that are both comforting and exhilarating.

For me, food is more than just sustenance—it's a celebration of cultures, traditions, and the wisdom passed down through generations of chefs and cooks. Every meal is an opportunity to connect with the heritage of the ingredients and the stories of the people who grow and prepare them.
